I sometimes make and eat it when I have no appetite.
Garlic and green onions sliced diagonally, coated with oil in a frying pan
Put it in and infuse it with aroma in the oil.
First, add the cabbage and stir-fry until it is slightly wilted.
Add the bok choy and stir-fry lightly.
One spoonful of soy sauce
One spoonful of soy sauce
Add a teaspoon of Mirim or water to season the vegetables.
Lower the heat and briefly add chives and tomatoes at the end.
The stir-fry is ready. Sprinkle sesame seeds and enjoy your meal.
If you prepare the vegetables in advance, stir-frying will only take about 5 minutes.
