These days, I make healthy meals for myself. I'm doing a diet and taking care of my health at the same time. Since just eating greens was bland, I started adding paprika and nuts, which makes it tastier. After eating it for a few days, I feel a bit lighter and my skin seems to have improved. I also lost some weight, haha.
