I eat in moderation without overeating, and I bring vegetable juice or probiotic drinks. I also get protein from foods like tofu. I prefer my food to be lightly seasoned. ^^ I wonder if I will live long? I eat a variety of vegetables daily, and I eat soft tofu. I also eat different types of yogurt. ^^
I prefer to fill my stomach with things that don't feel burdensome.
