Light healthy snack, frozen banana & cocoa powder๐

Healthy food... to be precise, it should be called a healthy snack, right?
Bananas are one of my favorite fruits.
I prefer bananas that are less ripe, with more green than yellow. However, when I buy a bunch and eat them, about half become too ripe and hard to eat.
So I peel the skin and freeze it quite well.
If you freeze bananas and eat them, they become overripe (by my standards ^^;) and the sticky sweetness decreases, making them quite similar to ice cream bars, which I find pretty good.

Cut frozen bananas into bite-sized pieces
It is also good to sprinkle cocoa powder and eat.
Since bananas are sweet, make sure the powder is unsweetened.
I remember someone saying that if you eat it like that, it tastes like chocolate (?). It's definitely not chocolate, but the bitter flavor adds a nice touch, so it's quite good.
Additionally, cocoa powder is said to be rich in polyphenols and other components, so it might be a double benefit. Since it also helps reduce stress, when you're dieting and feeling overwhelmed and unable to endure it, trying a small amount might be a good idea.
Adding nuts like almonds, walnuts, or peanuts... or trying a little peanut butter on top is also a good idea.
