They say you should have a hearty breakfast, but since I have type 1 diabetes and my blood sugar is greatly affected, I tend to eat something simple in the morning because my blood sugar fluctuations are high in the morning.
I eat simply, but since I consume a lot of salt during the daytime, I try to eat low-sodium or salt-free foods in the morning.
Since I got used to it, even having a simple breakfast doesn't make me extremely hungry until lunch.
It's a two birds with one stone situation because it helps with dieting too.
Highly recommend low-salt and salt-free foods.
