I try to eat clean for one meal a day.
So for dinner, I plan to eat lightly by drizzling plenty of olive oil on a salad, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
Of course, it's delicious. When I wake up, I feel much more refreshed, and my bad breath is also reduced.
When you're bored of just eating salad, try adding seasonal dishes or chicken breast as a side.
And since there's no need to prepare side dishes, it's very convenient and nice.
