My healthy meal consists of seasonal fruits, sweet potatoes rich in fiber, yogurt, and organic milk for bone health, which I include as one meal every day~~
I tend to overeat a little in the evening, but I eat a simple, healthy, and non-irritating breakfast, which seems to promote good bowel movements, and I feel really great about it.
