Seasonal fruits and vegetables

I want to enjoy a healthy old age.

Isn't it the highest goal of humanity?

It's nothing special, just fresh fruits and vegetables.

I believe that eating every day is healthy.

Because my mother-in-law sells fruits, it makes it even more so.

I have started eating a lot of fruit.

Recently, I happened to see a doctor from a Korean medicine clinic on TV.

Fresh vegetables are better than taking a lot of supplements.

They say to eat plenty of fresh fruit.

I can't say that all of that is correct...

As someone who has been eating it for a long time, I understand.

The pesticide-free vegetables grown in the vegetable garden are also very good.

Foods eaten raw are considered healthy.

I think a little. It also helps prevent skin aging.

It is rich in vitamins and tastes very good.

In the morning: apple, kiwi, avocado, cabbage, celery.

Lunch includes pear, persimmon, broccoli, green pepper, and tomato.

Evening: tangerines, lettuce, perilla leaves, pumpkin, etc.
