Steaming in a steamer makes sweet and tender boiled sweet potatoes haha. It's so delicious when paired with milk and kimchi.
I'm eating it as a substitute for dinner in the evening, and even though my exercise is just walking in daily life, I'm gradually losing weight and it's good.
