My healthy food is delicious steamed sweet potatoes.

I love snacks like chocolates, candies, and jellies so much that I always have them in my mouth.

Replacing snacks with sweet potatoes naturally helps with dieting and, because they are high in dietary fiber, also benefits health.

I enjoy sweet potatoes these days. When I cook them in the air fryer, they taste just like roasted sweet potatoes.

Steaming in a steamer makes sweet and tender boiled sweet potatoes haha. It's so delicious when paired with milk and kimchi.

I'm eating it as a substitute for dinner in the evening, and even though my exercise is just walking in daily life, I'm gradually losing weight and it's good.

Tomorrow, I plan to make sweet potato with oligosaccharide syrup. Enjoy it deliciously and stay healthy~~ Sweet potatoes recommended!!
