I drink one pack of milk every day. When I was young, I didn't drink milk because it caused diarrhea, but after having a child, I realized my bones were completely damaged. So, upon hearing that it could lead to osteoporosis, I make sure to drink at least one pack of milk daily. It was difficult at first, but as I kept drinking, it became okay. However, when my stomach doesn't agree sometimes, I blend it with a banana and drink it, which makes my stomach feel better and my bones healthier.
My healthy food is milk.
