[Healthy Meal] This morning.. ๐Banana Almond Smoothie and ๐ Tomato Soft Tofu Steamed Egg

It's cold outside, but the sunshine is nice, so I exercised early.
I wanted to eat something hot and freshly made, so I put tomatoes, cabbage, soft tofu, and two eggs to make steamed eggs in the microwave for 6 minutes.

And then, I put the remaining bananas and almond milk in and blended it to make a healthy drink, almond banana smoothie.
It must be very sweet, healthy, and comforting, right?

While eating an almond banana smoothie and bread, oh! Hot tomato soft tofu steamed egg is ready~
Adding cabbage makes it very filling.

I rummaged through and ate the almond banana smoothie after cooling it down.
