[Healthy Food] I take two packs of cabbage juice every morning and evening.

 

I believe many people know that cabbage juice is good for the stomach.

Because I have a family history and my stomach isn't very strong, I have been drinking cabbage juice since I was young.

When I was young, my mom forced me to eat it, so I didn't like it that much, but the more I ate, the more I could taste the natural flavor of cabbage, and fortunately, I came to like it. Thanks to that, I am able to eat food comfortably, and my bowel movements are smooth, maintaining a high quality of life. Since the food is easily digested comfortably, weight loss happens naturally. I also want to recommend those who are dieting to consistently consume cabbage juice.
