When I buy cherry tomatoes, I often eat them all, but sometimes I can't finish them and they spoil quickly, so I end up throwing them away. Whenever that happens, I blend cherry tomatoes and Yakult together in a blender to make Yakult tomato juice. It's simple: just use two low-calorie Yakult bottles and a handful of cherry tomatoes, blend them together. Eating tomatoes rich in antioxidants and probiotics from Yakult as a breakfast substitute makes me feel full and not burdened, so I think it’s a good diet and health drink. I recommend trying this juice with leftover tomatoes and Yakult.
