I have been eating sweet potatoes for one meal a day recently. At first, I started eating them because I heard that sweet potatoes are good for dieting, but eating only sweet potatoes for one meal a day not only helped with weight loss but also improved digestion and made me feel more comfortable. Of course, the feeling of fullness was also great, so it was very beneficial. These days, sweet potatoes are reasonably priced, and since it's the season, they taste really good. I recommend sweet potatoes for one meal a day.
