This is one of the dishes I often make when controlling my weight. I think it's a meal that combines both taste and nutrition by using various vegetables and chicken breast sausages instead of rice. Even my son, who dislikes vegetables, eats it quite well, probably because of the visible sausages. Give it a try. I highly recommend it.
