My own healthy diet

People enjoy eating and drinking, but excessive consumption or nutritional imbalance can actually lead to obesity or harm health.

I cook and eat rice noodle dishes about twice a month, and they are perfect as a healthy meal.

Made from rice, it is easy to digest, and since it is noodles, the portion can be appropriately divided. To efficiently absorb nutrients and satisfy hunger, topping it with boiled beef is both aesthetically pleasing and nutritionally optimal.My own healthy diet
