The optimal diet plan!

 

Cabbage is used in a half piece, which is a quarter of what is sold at the store.

Slice and add tuna, then add one spoon of oyster sauce and one spoon of soy sauce, stir-fry until sweet, and finish with sesame oil~

To use up one whole, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce.

 

Please serve by mixing on top of 100g of rice.

 

Tip! Cut the tofu into small square pieces and bake them until crispy to prevent water from forming.
