I went to buy a pineapple and brought home a beautiful, perfectly shaped pumpkin that I wrapped with a band. Yesterday, I steamed it, scooped out the inside, and prepared it.

Since the skin of the sweet pumpkin is rich in nutrients, I soaked the sweet pumpkin in a mixture of vinegar and baking soda to clean it thoroughly.
Eat it with the skin on.
