I make and eat my own probiotics.
A person who went on a trip gave me the probiotic liquid.
Just mix it into milk without any tools, and probiotics will be produced.
It's so convenient to make that I've been eating it this way for about 10 years.

The good thing I experienced while taking probiotics.

I plan to live my entire life with this probiotic.
My probiotics, now 10 years old, will always be with me until I turn 20, 30, or even older.
