Eat nuts and soy milk every day without fail!
A woman in her 40s with a very picky eating habit, still dislikes, can't eat, and refuses to eat many vegetablesㅠㅠ Luckily, she can't drink alcohol or bitter caffeinated coffee either, which is a relief^^;;
So, I dislike mixed grain rice like bean rice, but
I try to drink soy milk without fail.
From this month, I will replace snacks and make sure to eat a handful of nuts to take care of my health.
