My home's healthy fermented soybean paste
When I couldn't cook well and didn't have children, I spent my time with instant rice, delivery food, and dining out.
Then, when the children were born and I started making baby food, I also began cooking our meals.

2. I added vegetables and tofu. Since I will be eating with the children, I cut them into small pieces. And I used ground meat.
3. For the adults, I seasoned with home-made soybean paste, and for the children, with low-sodium soybean paste. I'm not very good at cooking, but I found on a cooking blog that they season with soybean paste and add cheonggukjang at the very end. It is said that the benefits of cheonggukjang decrease if it is cooked for a long time.
It's easier to eat similarly to the kids by changing things up like this.
It looks similar, but I also washed off the old seasoning for the adults. I'm planning to cook this in one bowl and eat it with freshly cooked rice.
In the past, I really disliked the smell of fermented soybean paste and fish at home. My younger sibling liked fish, so my mom often cooked it, but I would always eat outside during those times ^^
But right now, I am grilling fish and making fermented soybean paste for the children. I guess a parent's heart is to want to feed them healthy home-cooked meals.
