My healthy meal is cold lettuce salad. I make and eat salads using ingredients available in the refrigerator at the time. I include vegetables like lettuce, cabbage, or butterhead, along with tomatoes, avocados, bananas, and cucumbers, and add dressing. I eat a large portion! Sometimes I have it as a substitute for dinner. When I lack protein, I even make fried eggs to eat! I go to the bathroom regularly and feel light and healthy~^^
