My healthy meal is oatmeal.
It's easy to eat, so I can eat it often.
You can pour milk or water over store-bought oatmeal, warm it in the microwave, and then add fruits and nuts from home to enjoy.
Today, I added blueberries as a fruit.
Finished with a handful of mixed nuts eaten at home...
Oatmeal has no sweetness at all, so I always add fruits and nuts.
