I almost always have fresh vegetables in the refrigerator. Every 2-3 days, I wash and store lettuce, romaine lettuce, bok choy, cucumbers, and other vegetables that can be wrapped or eaten as side dishes. Regardless of the meal menu, I enjoy wraps and make sure to include fresh raw vegetables in my diet.
It's a hassle to wash vegetables, but now I feel empty without eating them~ I take care of my health by wrapping and eating vegetables every day!!^^
