Delicious healthy food to eat after exercise
Recently, I have developed an interest in weight training.
It seems that when doing weight training, it's important to properly supplement with protein. I do eat chicken breast or protein supplements at home, but honestly, it can get a bit boring and it's not always very tasty.
Still, eating mostly carbohydrates or high-calorie foods after exercise feels a bit burdensome.
It's a place I occasionally buy from, and first of all, the meat is incredibly tender. It seems like it's been sous-vide, as the chicken breast is completely moist and tender without any toughness, and the beef is also very tender. I don't make it myself, but after working out when I feel exhausted, it feels like a good way to nourish my body and promote muscle growth, while also being delicious—my own healthy meal. I ate it again today, haha.
