Rice cake and dumpling soup

Tteokmandu-guk (rice cake and dumpling soup) is made by boiling a large piece of beef brisket in boiling water once.

Blanch and cut into bite-sized pieces.

In a heated pot, add sesame oil and cook the meat and garlic.

Add it in and stir well, then add water and simmer thoroughly.

Make delicious broth and add rice cake soup and dumplings.

Boil it, then add seaweed flakes and scrambled eggs.

A little bit of sesame oil drizzled over it, the alcohol I drank yesterday

It tastes so good, refreshing like hangover soup.
