I cooked my own healthy galbitang (beef rib soup) until it was thoroughly simmered.
First, wash the beef short ribs thoroughly.
Add beef ribs, onions, radish, and garlic, then simmer.
Remove the meat and seasoning, leaving only the broth.
Add radish to the broth again and bring to a boil, then add the meat and continue boiling.
You can add salt, soy sauce, and chopped green onions according to your preference, then boil and serve.
The secret tip is to use soy sauce when flavoring with meat, and salt when flavoring with broth.
