Lay down the tomato and place the grilled beef on top.
Raw onions and nutritious chives are mixed with a sauce made of olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, and water, then tossed and served.
And pour the remaining sauce onto the plate in a homemade style.
It's mainly vegetables, but it's hearty, so I like it.
The flavor can vary slightly depending on the source.
