To maintain a healthy diet, I make and eat simple avocado salads for breakfast or dinner that also consider health.
I eat a salad with one avocado, two boiled eggs, Shine Muscat grapes, and a little bit of cream for saltiness, but since there's no dressing, I usually drizzle a little bit of Orange & Tail sauce to make it more flavorful.
Then, you can create a delicious and healthy salad.
