I really like noodle dishes, so I try to eat as little wheat flour as possible, and for bibim guksu, I use buckwheat noodles.

Before meals, I eat detox juice first. For the apples, I blend half and cut the other half into small pieces, so I can chew and eat it instead of just gulping it down, which I think is better.
