Add olive oil, perilla seed oil, and salt to the rice for seasoning. Place a little rice on top of the seaweed, spread it out, then add vegetables and anchovies, and roll it up tightly. That's it. It is not very high in calories and tastes good.
It would be better to put less rice and add more vegetables. I like that I can eat more vegetables.
