Apple's peak season is in the fall.

Before transitioning from summer to fall, apples are not often produced well, and they tend to be more bland rather than crispy, tangy, and sweet. Therefore, when storing tasty apples, I individually wrap them in newspaper and keep them in the kimchi refrigerator.

If you package them individually and store them in the refrigerator, the freshness will last longer.

My family eats an apple every morning, 365 days a year.

Usually, I just cut and eat it, but on special days, I slice an apple and drizzle it with olive oil before eating.

 

Tip: If the apple is not tasty, make jam or dry the apples to eat as a snack (drying removes moisture, increasing sweetness and making it chewy and tasty).

Apple juice is also served, and I drink it quickly on busy mornings. The apple pulp can be eaten on toast or used as a facial mask, which is good for exfoliating dead skin cells.
