This is the kombucha I have been enjoying lately.
It is a healthy fermented beverage containing probiotics with 0g of sugar, and it tastes sweet and sour. Interestingly, it has a carbonation sensation, so when I want a cool drink on a hot day or when eating greasy foods like chicken or pizza, I drink it instead of soda by adding ice to cold water.
You just need to add one stick to bottled water and drink it. It dissolves well even in cold water, and since there are various flavors, I keep trying different ones so I don't get bored.
When it's hot, instead of drinking too many cold drinks or soda, it's better for your health to drink kombucha.
