저도 가까운곳은 걸어다니네요 40분거리는 걷는것 같아요ㅎ
1) Eat regularly + practice intermittent fasting
When I was living alone, I often skipped meals.
I was the type to not eat much because I found eating bothersome.
However, I still didn't lose weight.
After graduating, I came back to my hometown and always at the same time in the morning and evening.
Since I started eating regularly, the weight that wouldn't come off even during dieting has started to melt away.
And I have breakfast at 8 a.m. / a cup of coffee after a meal / dinner around 6:30 p.m.
I have been eating rice like this every day.
Maybe it's because the fasting period during regular meals has become longer.
I didn't do any exercise, but I automatically lost weight.
Instead, I am not the type to eat a lot because I have a small appetite.
About half a bowl of steamed rice in the morning.
I usually eat about one cup of cooked rice in the evening!
2) Walk with an alert for nearby distances
I usually walk a bit faster.
I walked to the subway station from home every morning and evening with an alarm!
It's about a 12 to 15-minute walk!
No matter what happens, I walk like this, so I end up walking at least 6,000 steps a day!
I think I burned more calories because I was walking at a faster pace.
Everyone,
Don't just starve yourself blindly and say you exercised by just taking a walk or strolling!!
Controlling meal intake / intermittent fasting / walking with alerts and other aerobic exercises seem to be essential!
If you're still hungry, try drinking kombucha or low-calorie beverages.
I recommend brushing your teeth every time you're hungry! :-)
