Overcoming Diabetes with a Protein Diet

Even though I am cautious because of a family history of diabetes, I am over 30 years old.

I noticed some abnormal symptoms.

Because I usually like carbohydrates, this has become a cause that worsened my health a bit.

I changed the white rice to brown rice and reduced the amount of rice to two-thirds of the usual portion.

I changed my diet to focus on lean meat for one meal a day.

Change from pork belly with a lot of fat to pork front leg.

As a result of adjusting the diet, blood sugar levels have stabilized within the normal range of 120 to 130.

It is being maintained. Since family history is important and it is a hereditary disease.

I think diabetes is a disease where the importance of management is very high.
