Please tell me how to easily get rid of canker sores that lower your quality of life.

Following the body aches, cold, and sinusitis that started in February, I now have a canker sore on my tongue.

Canker sores on the lips hurt from time to time, but inflammation from canker sores on the tongue is also incredibly painful.

 

At first, I felt a bit uncomfortable, so I made sure to take my usual red ginseng and also made sure to give me some vitamins.

In the end, it became inflamed, throbbing, painful, and stinging—it was a total disaster.

I used to think the tongue didn't do anything, but it turns out it has a lot of work to do.

First of all, you cannot avoid using your tongue when speaking, making sounds, eating, removing food stuck between your teeth, and swallowing.

 

Please tell me how to easily get rid of canker sores that lower your quality of life.

 

I thought it would get better in a day or two without medicine, but it just wouldn't go away, so I bought some ointment and applied it.

I applied the ointment, and it was fine for up to an hour, but after that, it started to hurt again.

It got much better after applying it for about two days.

 

I thought it might be because my mouth was dirty, so I brush my teeth and gargle regularly.
