I often feel drowsy while driving or studying, so I am considering trying anti-drowsiness gum. I’ve heard that chewing it wakes you up instantly, and I’ve also seen reviews saying it actually helps prevent drowsiness, so I became curious.
I would like to know if the effect of anti-sleep gum is only temporary due to caffeine or stimulating ingredients, or if it actually helps maintain concentration. I am also curious if it is okay to chew it frequently, and if there are any side effects or precautions to take.
