This weekend, the whole family gathered together to enjoy some ribs. The chewy texture and rich, seasoned flavor made for a satisfying meal for everyone. Chewing more slowly than usual allowed me to fully appreciate the meat's flavor, and the conversations I shared with my family felt even warmer.
