Simple remedies for jaw joint pain

Once obsessed with tteokbokki, I kept eating thick rice cake tteokbokki...

My temporomandibular joint was severely damaged...

At that time, I visited a temporomandibular joint hospital and tried electrical therapy?? or something similar.

I tried steam massage at the hospital as they recommended, and the effects were really good.

 

Squeeze a damp towel to make it moist, then microwave it briefly to warm it up.

And then, you should apply pressure to the temporomandibular joint area for about 5 minutes, three times a day.

The important thing is that it shouldn't be too hot, and it shouldn't be done too often or for too long.

Since I steam my chin about three times a day at a moderately warm temperature, it really improves a lot.

 

It's cumbersome, but it's really simple.

 

It can be a simple treatment, but if it becomes a habit, I think it would be very good for the jaw.
