평소 속쓰림이 있다면 사실 레몬즙은 피해야 하는게 맞아요. 레몬즙 자체가 강한 산성이라서 위가 건강하지 않는분들에게는 오히려 독이됩니다. 그래도 마시고 싶다면 희석해서 식사 후에 드세요. 절대 공복에는 드시지 말고 물 500ml에 레몬즙 1큰술 넣어서 많이 희석하여 드시고 만약 불편감 있다면 아예 중단하기를 바랍니다.

Lately, my Cashdoc neighbors have been drinking a lot of lemon juice! I've been wanting to try it myself, so I've been drinking lemon juice regularly, but I have a question about this lemon juice!
I was wondering when to drink lemon juice and how to use it in cooking ~
Oh and hehe, if anyone has tried it, could you please tell me how to store it or the expiration date? I was thinking of refrigerating it, but it says to just store it at room temperature^^
I want to eat one pack every morning to stay healthy, but I know it's good for detox.
And I also have a tendency to have heartburn, so I'm curious about how to eat healthily!
