My healthy food is fermented soybean powder.
I started eating because my mom sent it to me initially.
It's quick and convenient, and eating it as a dinner substitute also helps with dieting. I also go to the bathroom well.
By the way, I really can't eat fermented soybean paste because of its strong smell.
My mom bought it from the church, and it hardly has any smell, and it's quite savory, so I enjoy eating it. Haha
Especially, I recommend the restroom for those who find it inconvenient~~^^
