Plum extract good for stomach pain!

I have been suffering from stomach pain since I was a child.

If I get very hungry or stressed because of sensitivity, I experience severe stomach pain and need to lie down and rest or take medication.

Since I have a sensitive nervous system, my menstrual pain is also severe.

So, since I was young, my mom always made sure to take care of me with plum extract.

I might neglect other things because I'm lazy, but I plan to remember and take plum extract even after I become an adult~

Make sure to take care of the groom and children when they say they have a stomachache.

It's convenient to just make plum extract.

I am mixing warm water with the prepared plum extract and drinking it.

I found out that plums have many health benefits.

 

It is said to help stop indigestion and diarrhea. Plum contains a lot of picrocrocin, which has detoxifying effects and protects the liver.

 

It helps in treating gastrointestinal disorders. When I have indigestion, I also drink a glass of plum tea.

 

Contains abundant citric acid, which helps with fatigue recovery.

 

4. Contains skin acid, which is also effective for hangover relief.

 

It contains a lot of calcium, which helps supplement minerals and is said to have a positive effect on anemia, menstrual irregularities, and osteoporosis.

 

Six plums have antipyretic effects that reduce body heat and anti-inflammatory effects that soothe inflammation.

There are many effects of plum, among others.

 

Since sugar and plums are used in a 1:1 ratio when making plum extract, people with diabetes should be a bit cautious!

And unripe plums contain a toxin called amygdalin, so it's recommended to remove the plums after 100 days and continue aging.

 

I clean the plums thoroughly, layer them with sugar, and after 100 days, I remove the plums and let them age a bit more. Then I put them in bottles for easy use, and I also use them frequently when cooking.

It's very good when you need a slightly more tangy flavor than just using sugar~
