The hardest part of dieting as I get older

Still unable to break free from snacks, candies, beverages, and chocolates.

I gained weight at night, but my love handles and snack fat were also huge.

I have been trying to change my snack habits since last year.

The child also ends up reaching for snacks along with me.

We tend to gain weight together.

I bought a dryer after seeing a carrot.

My family and I don't like fruits, so we don't eat them often and instead do that.

Snacks like cookies, chocolates, and bread seem to make you gain weight and negatively affect your health.

I'm thinking of making dried fruits.

When there's a grapefruit sale, I also slice and dry the grapefruits.

I bought several packs of strawberries when they were in season and dried them.

The child loves tangerines very much.

It's a common dryness.

It will be ready in about 40 minutes at 50 degrees.

Simply put it in a zipper bag, and I take it daily.

I drink tea when guests come or when I feel like having something refreshing in my mouth.

Adding tangerine chips to rooibos tea bags makes it even more delicious.

There is no need to go to the cafe.

Because of this taste, I am drinking it cold instead of a beverage.

Dried apples are for the whole family.

It's not completely crispy, but it's soft.

The texture is also very good.

These kinds of fruits are easy to handle.

Selling dried fruits is too expensive; it can be completed at home in just one hour.

How many days can I take it?

If snack consumption increases during menopause, simply cutting out snacks altogether can be a bold step.

I do lose weight.
