I used to drink coffee every morning instead of rice and continue to drink coffee even at work, but I was used to indigestion and fasting as my daily routine. Suddenly, I experienced severe stomach pain and even developed a stomach ulcer. Recently, I also suddenly had appendicitis, and I realized that my health was gradually deteriorating. I feel very unwell and have decided to completely stop drinking coffee. Instead, I now substitute coffee with misutgaru (grain powder) and soy milk.
As a result, I no longer experience stomach burning and feel very comfortable, and I try to drink only one cup of coffee a day and drink water frequently throughout the day.
