Hello.

I'm very busy before going to work...

I have a daily morning routine... it's making tomato juice.

It's a food I have eaten since I was young.

My mom used to grind it and give it to me every morning, but I was too lazy to eat it back then. Now that it's gone, I can't eat it anymore, haha.

I ate this for a week, and my skin... improved tremendously.

Since then, I started eating it every day.

Maybe it's because vitamin C has been supplemented.

Maybe it's because it's rich in vitamins, but inner beauty becomes possible.

 

Again

If I grind and drink this in the morning, it feels very filling and satisfying.

Blending tomatoes makes them very smooth and the sensation of swallowing is pleasant.

You all probably know the benefits of tomatoes.

 

Tomatoes are composed of 94.5 grams of water per 100 grams. They have a higher water content than watermelons.

While low in calories, it contains a variety of nutrients, especially the antioxidant lycopene, which provides many benefits to our body.

 

  1. Skin health
  2. Cancer prevention
  3. Vascular health
  4. Eye health
  5. Increase in immunity
  6. Stomach health
  7. Diet

 

There are probably even more benefits to our body, right? Haha

However, there is something you need to be careful about.

It is said that vitamin B is lost when ground together with sugar. Therefore, I do not recommend eating it with sugar.

 

Additionally, eating too much on an empty stomach can cause nausea and side effects.

It is recommended to eat after breakfast.
