Enjoying lemon juice without the burning sensation

Personally, I think the Aesabi fits well.

Lemon juice can cause stomach discomfort sometimes.

Sometimes it's not, so I guess it's just like that.

It seems like I won't be able to eat much.

 

Our company has male employees who drink lemon water.

I'm a huge fan of dieting, lol.

 

 

 

You don't have to give up lemon juice because of heartburn.

Mix olive oil with lemon juice 🍋🫒

Olive oil coats the stomach lining with a layer of oil.

It coats to protect the surface.
It can also help promote bile secretion.

This combination of lemon juice pairs very, very well, so I highly recommend it even if you don't have heartburn.

✅ Ratio:
✔️1 packet of lemon juice (20g)

Please add one spoon of olive oil using a rice spoon.

When you start, you can begin with half a lemon juice (½ packet) or a quarter packet.
✔️ Add about 300ml of water here, stir, and you're done.

 

2️⃣ Milk + Lemon Juice 🍋🥛

What about the protein called casein in milk?

It coats the upper wall and helps regulate stomach acid secretion.

When the sourness of lemon juice meets milk
It becomes naturally smooth and comfortable, so you can feel at ease inside.

✅ Ratio:
✔️In 200ml of milk

Add 1 packet (20g) of lemon juice.

When you start, you can begin by adding half a spoon of lemon juice, and gradually increase the amount.

👉 And if the sour taste is strong, it's also good to add a little honey.

 

3️⃣ Are you feeling so weak inside that you think you might still be in pain?

✔️One packet of lemon juice
✔️Olive oil and
✔️Milk
Try mixing these three things together.

A method to minimize heartburn as much as possible.

Olive oil protects the stomach lining, and milk buffers stomach acid, creating the optimal combination.

✅ Ratio:

✔️1 packet of lemon juice (20g)

✔️Olive oil, 1 tablespoon (approximately 10ml to 15ml)

✔️200ml of milk

✔️ It's okay to add a little more water (30~50 ml). You don't have to add it.
