Tofu and fried tofu sushi, I really like it as a diet tofu sushi dish.
It is crispy, soft, and delicious.
Even children who don't usually eat tofu can enjoy it deliciously, and it remains tasty even when stored chilled.
It's also good as a summer lunchbox menu.
1. After removing moisture from a block of tofu with a paper towel
I'll mash the potatoes.
- This is based on two servings of tofu.
If you're eating alone, use half a bowl and reduce the rice amount by half.
2. Lightly coat a heated pan with cooking oil and wipe with a paper towel to coat.
Add the seasoned and mashed tofu, cook on high heat to evaporate the moisture, and stir-fry.
3. Add 1 bowl of rice (for 2 servings) and mix well, then transfer to a bowl. Add 1 packet of seasoned vinegar for inari sushi, 15 packets of seasoned stir-fry, and 2 Cheongyang chili peppers with the seeds removed and chopped. Mix well.
12 packets of soy sauce for one serving, leave one packet of seasoned stir-fry for topping, and add the rest. It's okay to omit the Cheongyang pepper for children.
4. The tofu is prepared by squeezing out excess water after a hot water shower.
