Hair loss management with TS La Perfume Shampoo

I originally have somewhat weak hair, and I have relatively thin hair, plus I do intense workouts almost every day, so I have to wash my hair morning and evening, which has damaged my hair. Still, I don't dye or perm my hair, so that's less of an issue, but I tend to use a lot of heat styling tools... Additionally, recently I've been under a lot of stress due to work, and I've noticed my hair falling out a bit.

So I looked into various options, and since specialized hair loss products still feel a bit burdensome, I am using T.S Perfume Shampoo, which is marketed as a functional product for hair loss. I have only used about one bottle so far, so I can't say for sure if there are dramatic effects, but at least the scent lasts a bit longer, and my scalp feels less itchy. If you're looking for a lightweight shampoo for hair loss, I recommend it.
