My personal hair loss management method

I once struggled with hair loss. However, by consistently practicing a few methods, I saw great results. I will share my hair loss management tips based on my experience.

1. Maintaining a healthy diet

At first, I didn't realize the importance of diet. However, after learning that protein is essential for hair health, I started to frequently consume eggs, fish, legumes, and chicken. In particular, eating fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals every day proved to be effective. Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and minerals such as iron, zinc, and selenium really helped with scalp and hair health.

2. Stress Management

One of the causes of hair loss is stress, so I started exercising regularly. In particular, I felt refreshed and stress reduced while jogging in the morning. I also tried to keep my mind relaxed by practicing meditation and yoga.

3. Scalp Care

I heard that keeping the scalp clean is important, so I made it a habit to wash my hair before bed. Also, I used argan oil to massage my scalp, which improved blood circulation and made my hair feel healthier.

4. Proper Hair Care

I avoided coloring and perming because I heard that using chemical products can damage my hair. Also, I minimized the use of hairdryers and curling irons, and whenever I used them, I always applied a heat protectant.

5. Proper use of supplements

After consulting with a doctor, I started using medications such as minoxidil and finasteride. After a few months of using the medication, I noticed noticeable changes. Additionally, I also took supplements like biotin, iron, and zinc.

6. Regular medical consultations

When hair loss worsened or there were any issues, I didn't hesitate to visit a dermatologist. The diagnosis and treatment from the specialist were very helpful.

By consistently practicing these methods, my hair loss has significantly improved. Hair loss management takes time, but with persistent effort, you will definitely see results. Be patient and continue to care diligently.
