Since I was young, I have had thin hair and fine hair, and if I overexert myself or don't eat properly, I seem to lose more hair than usual.
So, I try to proactively manage my hair health in daily life before noticeable hair loss occurs.
- 1. Do not wash your hair too frequently, and rinse thoroughly when you do.
- Avoid hair coloring that is harmful to the scalp whenever possible.
- 3. Do not dry your hair with hot air from the hairdryer; let it dry naturally in the breeze.
- 4. Eat foods good for hair loss, such as black soybean soy milk, bellflower root, and kudzu.
- 5. Prepare a protein-rich diet that supports hair growth.
- 6. Helps blood circulation through scalp massage.
And 2 to 3 times a week, a functional shampoo to alleviate hair loss symptoms.
I use Kent Royal Complex Shampoo.
Maybe it's because it's used by the British royal family, so it seems better haha
